Group classes are structured to have a healthy balance of competitive and cooperative play where students learn and improve sport-specific skills. Our coaches accomplish this in a safe, fun environment that promotes teamwork, empathy, sportsmanship and accountability. All participants will increase their skills by completing various drills & then use those skills in “game-like” situations created by our coaches.
